 Charlie is a Vice President at AGC Partners  Charlie joined AGC as an Analyst and has advised on over 25 closed transactions ranging from sell-side M&A to equity and debt financings  Charlie has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within the Technology landscape  Charlie holds a B.A. cum laude in Economics with a minor in Psychol- ogy from Middlebury College He served as Head of European Equity Strategy in London, Head of Middle Market Institutional Sales in New York, and Head of EMEA Private Equity/Alternative Investment Sales in Geneva and London.  Most recently, Tim served as Director of Research and Sales at Long- bow Research LLC, an equity research boutique.  Tim received his BA from Trinity College.  Tim is a Partner and the CAO at AGC Partners.  Prior to joining AGC, he held leadership positions at several invest- ment firms both big and small.  He served as Managing Director at Citigroup and then Morgan Stanley and spent 20 years running business units or building new product platforms. 

Trevor is a Principal at AGC Partners

 Trevor has advised on more than 35 closed transactions, totaling over $40 billion in deal value.  Prior to AGC, Trevor worked at Moelis & Company in their Boston of- fice as a Senior Vice President.  He holds an M.B.A. from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.

 Steve is a Vice President at AGC Partners  Prior to AGC, Steve was a member of the Corporate Development team at Accenture, focused on executing the firm’s M&A strategy across multiple sectors  He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.B.A. from Bucknell University

 Sean is a Vice President in AGC Partners’ London Office  At AGC Sean has advised on transactions ranging from sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates to debt and equity financings  He has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within technology, including Fintech, IoT, Security, Gaming and Vertical Soft- ware  Prior to joining AGC, Sean worked at Ernst and Young where he led engagement teams in the Financial Services Office  Sean holds a BS in Business Administration from Babson College and an Masters in Accounting from Olin Graduate School of Business
