I. The name Tl,e Dale and Mary Jo Comstock Student Commons will be placed as a sign on the upper short wall in the lobby area just left of the open stairway leading to the second floor, the size and positioning to be mutually agreed upon by Professor Comstock and the University (See example one, attached). 2. A plaque bearing the likeness of Dale & Mary Jo Comstock with content and wording to be mutually agreed upon by Professor Comstock and the University will be installed at a location within the Commons mutually agreed to by Dale Comstock and the Central Washington University Public Affairs department (see example three, attached). 3. A timeline display of the history of mathematics to be displayed on a hallway wall nearby the Math department classrooms and offices whose content and location to be mutually agreed upon by Professor Comstock and the University. The development of the display will be done by the University design and graphics facilities in coordination with Professor Comstock, with installation to be completed when costs are identified and funding made available (see example four, sketch provided by donor, attached).

MISCELLANEOUS

I. Effective Date: The effective date of this agreement shall be the date this agreement signed· by the Donor and VP Advancement for Central Washington University. 2. The CWU Foundation will work with the donor and CWU Public Affairs on language and location for signage in the facility in accordance NAMING RIGHTS outlined above once official approval has been given to this agreement. 3. Central Washington University will provide for a naming ceremony at a mutually agreed date, along with publicity and a press release announcing the gift.
