Without the hierarchy of the past, you all have a unique opportunity to establish your own “good tradition” where everyone is treated with kindness and respect, and people are continually lifted up. I have experienced this behaviour in my rugby team and believe there is no stronger sense of camaraderie and trust between teammates than when you are performing a haka together.
