The Atrium, Evolving the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem by Peri Hayes Several years ago, Elle Crevits dove into her ongoing business venture when she purchased The Atrium from Brandon Olsen: “I was working for the Small Business Centre at the time, and have always been passionate about small business. I strive to cultivate a community in support of these passions, and I saw the potential for The Atrium to continue growing.” The Atrium is dedicated to building business, nourishing net- working opportunities and forging local connections. Elle describes, “We are facilitating something modern in the city, with a small-town feel. With a wide age range, we have entrepreneurs, remote workers and small teams in every
industry. This welcoming environment is suitable for those curious about entrepreneurship, and interested in being around others with a growth mindset.” Previously located on Princess Ave, The Atrium celebrates their recent move to 581 Talbot Street. Their updated facility officially opened last month, with expanded space for tapping into networking opportunities and developing business in a quality environment. As Elle reveals, “We had outgrown our previous location, and this building’s professional and polished feel will reflect the work and growth our members are accomplishing.”
