Over the past two years, Roger has traveled the world and visited 25 countries. From his travels, he is well acquainted with the strength and brand recognition of Berkshire Hathaway. JOHN E. WHITE After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree in Business and spending five years in finance and insurance, Johnny began his real estate career with the development of Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island, SC. Palmetto Dunes is a 2,100-acre oceanfront golf and residential community. Being on the ground floor taught Johnny development, engineering, and design skills that he would benefit from throughout his career. As the project

ROGER WELLS Roger has been selling real estate since he was 18 years old. Currently licensed in both North and South Carolina, Roger has also held his license in Virginia and is actively seeking his license in both Georgia and Texas. In addition to selling real estate, he was also a licensed Real Estate Appraiser with the Member Appraisal Institute designation as well as a custom home builder in Virginia and Tennessee.

grew, he became the Marketing Director and Sales Manager. Johnny was later involved with various real estate projects as manager and consultant. In 1984, Johnny was asked to join Golf Properties, Inc., which was developing Highlands Falls Country Club, a 550-acre residential golf community in Highlands, NC. In 1985, he joined the Development and Marketing team and ultimately formed Highlands Falls Realty to manage the real estate sales for the community. His wife, Lynda, also became involved in the project as assistant to the General Manager. The success of Highlands Falls Country Club is well known, and it continues to experience new and exciting changes. Johnny and Lynda genuinely enjoy the Highlands area. Real estate is one of Johnny’s passions, and he loves working with buyers and sellers to help them find their dream property or begin a new chapter as they sell their home.

Roger believes that his many years of experience in several aspects of the real estate business are a great asset to his clients here in the Cashiers and Highlands area of North Carolina. He has worked all over the country and is well suited to serve our most discerning clientele. Roger is currently a “Flex-Patriate” who travels between North Carolina, South Carolina, and Budapest, Hungary where he is the founder of a tech startup company and is also licensed to sell real estate.
