wonderful community. With a love of the outdoors, Charles spent lots of time enjoying activities like hiking, rafting, fishing and many more.
For many years, as his children were growing up, Charles owned and operated a pizza restaurant in downtown Highlands before selling it in 2012. Like his father before him, Charles also enjoyed participating in community service, spending several years as a volunteer fire fighter as well as a member of the local chapter of Rotary International. Charles has always felt his is blessed to call our plateau home. He is excited to be part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Meadows Mountain Realty family, and he became a real estate broker to help people find their own special place here in the mountains.

TERESA SEAY Teresa is a native of the Great Smoky Mountains, Teresa has resided in the area most of her life. Having lived in Alaska and Missouri, she returned to the Mountains in 2001 and began her real estate career.

Charles considers himself one of the fortunate few who has had the pleasure of growing up and living most of his life right here in the Highlands area. As a youth, he learned the ins and outs of custom home building by working alongside his father, a successful building contractor.
