“While we are experts in signage, displays, vehicle wraps and wayfinding solutions,” said Greg Mierow, owner of Image360 in Franklin, “we pride our- selves on our ability to consult and develop visual communication plans and ideas with unique goals in mind for everyone we work with. We are much more than a banner provider, we are an extension of your team.” Storytelling is key to Image360’s success in their field. “As experts in visual communications, we are also storytellers, and we can tap into the local environment and culture for our clients and share that with their own audiences,” Mierow said. “When we work on projects like donor walls or university dedications, we have the ability to tie in roots of organizations. We take things that we know and use it to provide a solution to the client.” Image360 and many of its clients call Milwaukee and the surrounding area home. With Image360’s current St. John Properties location, with easy access to

both the city and the suburbs, the company can offer services to industry leaders throughout the community. “Because we are in a central location in the Greater Milwaukee community, we are incredibly familiar with the customs and traditions that residents cherish,” Mierow said. “This allows us to provide a bit of local flare to clients of ours looking to strengthen their ties to the area through their graphic communications.” Image360 enjoys their St. John Properties location for many reasons — “It was very important to have a proper space that we felt comfortable working in and showing our customers” — but one point that stands out is the drive-in access. “Being that we’re in the Midwest, it’s obvious that we are faced with extremely cold seasons and hazardous weather every year,” Mierow said. “This challenge might hinder us from working on vehicle wraps and automotive signage in the winter and fall, but thankfully, our facility’s drive-in is large enough for us to do

these types of projects year-round in an indoor space.” In theme with sidestepping any potential obstacles to productivity, “there are no distracting features of our space, which helps us stay focused and work efficiently,” Mierow said. “St. John Properties truly helped us optimize our space so we could perform to the best of our abilities. They were very cooperative and accommodating by making sure we had a clean, open work environment to help our team enhance creativity. The process of approving and signing our lease was hassle-free.” Choosing St. John Properties was “an easy decision for us … St. John Properties was very accommodating and worked on our schedule, which is often the opposite for other real estate companies,” Mierow said. “Aside from being friendly and inviting, the company really understood our situation and helped us plan for the long term, far beyond just signing the lease. They really made sure we were aware of all of our options. Every aspect of working with St. John Properties was worthwhile.”
