“I came to One to One on the recommendation of my neurologist to work on my disequilbrium caused by peripheral neuropathy. Before PT I was stumbling and could not balance on my own. Now I have more confidence and better sense of balance. Before PT I was hunched over and could not walk for long distances at all. Now I have better posture and I can actually walkagooddistance Inever thought itpossible. Thestaffherehaveguidedmethroughstretching exercises, strengthening routines, and a cardio workout to improve my core strength and sense of balance. In the pool I’ve done strengthening and stretching as well. I feel much better at walking and functioning in daily life. I have joined the wellness program to continue my progress. Big thanks to Stacy, Kenny and Scott in the pool!”
