the A grade and College B beating Burnside High School in the B grade. Neither side could go that one step further and claim the title, but the College A side had a narrow 6–4 loss to Burnside High School in a thrilling end to the season. Table Tennis Four teams competed over the winter in the table tennis competition, with some good results. The top College team contested the semi-final in the B grade against Burnside High School, while the two C grade teams also made semi-final matches. The C1 team played a great final against Emmanuel Christian School. Despite not coming out on top, Angus Murray, Oli Aikawa, Tom Macfarlane and Ben Shipston gave it their best shot and it was exciting to watch. Rugby The 1st XV finished the season strongly, with four bonus point wins over Waimea College, Roncalli

The team travelled to Nelson to face the form team in the competition, who had only lost one match earlier in the year. Championship, the South Island Cup over Otago Boys’ High School and progress to Top 4. College had seven other teams competing in the local Metro competition, and this year entered an U58kg team in the newly-formed division, along with teams in grades from U14–U18.
