opportunity to add new recruits to the team, expand our office space and increase capacity in our warehouse. This ensured we had adequate stock holding which was essential in supporting our ongoing growth. Part of our strategy was to identify, design and develop quality energy-efficient ATC-branded products in our Electrical Mechanical Division. We recognised this would be an important opportunity for the future growth and, as expected, it has proven to be the case. In 2012 we launched the initial ATC- branded products into the market and embarked on a period of designing, developing and growing the ATC product ranges. Our entry into the UK market in 2014 was challenging initially, however the UK business grew quickly over the next few years, hence the decision in 2017 to carry comprehensive stock at our Chelmsford warehouse to provide our customers with next day deliveries. This was followed with the launch of a dedicated UK website in 2019. In the same year we initiated the planned growth of our UK-based sales team. Each year has seen significant growth in business and customer development through the ATC product ranges. The UK business division is an integral part of the company and now represents a considerable portion of our overall business and forms a key component of our growth strategy in the future. In 2019, we also re-launched to wide acclaim our Energy Showrooms and dedicated Training Hub in ATC House. In what was a busy time in the company we successfully rolled out the Six Sigma 5S ATCTimeline • January 1991 – ATC opens for business at Adelaide Road, central Dublin • 1995 – ATC achieves IS ISO 9001 Quality Accreditation • 2008 – Move to ATC House, Tallaght • 2012 – ATC-branded products launched • 2014 – Enter UK market • 2017 – Provide next-day UK customer delivery from Chelmsford warehouse • 2019 – Launched UK website and expanded UK-based sales team. Relaunched Energy Showrooms and dedicated Training Hub at ATC House • 2020 - Introduction of the ATC Smart Logo for new Smart Product range

Lean Standard across the company, further enhancing efficiencies throughout the business. Future focused The last 30 years has not been without some challenges but we’ve always worked closely as a team. In that time, we have consolidated our position in both markets and with the support and commitment of all our staff we have become a leaner more structured company with a clear strategy and a firm focus. All successful businesses require quality and knowledgeable personnel who are the direct conduit to the customers. At ATC we have an exceptional group of people, many of them with us from our early years. Their interest and implementation of the ATC core values and culture have been a huge factor in the success of the company. As 2020 got underway nobody could have forecast the changes the world would see in a matter of months as the Covid-19 Pandemic took hold worldwide, not least here in Ireland and the UK. At ATC, it has had an impact on every one of us in some form and in some cases may have changed the way we live and work. Having said that, the role our own employees played ensuring the continued successful operation. We would like to thank our loyal customers for their support over the past 30 years with a special word of thanks for their on going support. We look forward to working with you for many decades to come.

“At ATC we have an exceptional group of people throughout the various departments and divisions of the company, many of themwith us from our early years.”
