Smart Grid Capacity Building Briefing Session to Melaka Stakeholders 6 January 2021 | Melaka
Sustainable and Green Urban Development 27 & 28 July 2021 | Online MIGHT and the Perak State Government conducted a capacity building training session on Sustainable and Green Urban Development on 27 - 28 July with the participation of 130 representatives from PBTs and state departments. The main objective of this programme is to help Local Authorities (PBT) understand aspects of planning, implementation and management of smart cities. This is also in line with the 12th Malaysia Plan (RMK-12) to develop smart cities in Malaysia incorporating extensive advanced technology to address the growing pressure to foster e ectiveness, sustainability and quality of life.
A two-day training session on Data Analytics and Cyber Security for Smart Grid Integration was conducted online via Microsoft Team. The training provided the participants with in-depth knowledge on the fundamental aspects of big data analytics, analytics life-cycle, machine learning, cybersecurity issues in big data and big data governance. This session received 103 participants from government, industries and academia.
