HOW DID YOU GROW YOUR BUSINESS TO DIAMOND STATUS?
I joined INUKA on 3 August 2018. I am grateful to Albertina Oliveira for sharing the INUKA Business Opportunity with me. I am a very goal-oriented person I achieved Pearl Leadership Status within two months after starting my INUKA Business. In the following two months I achieved Ruby Leadership Status and my Emerald Status followed in due course. Success does not come overnight. It takes hard work and determination. I struggled to achieve Sapphire Status but with patience, persistence, and teamwork we achieved Sapphire and Diamond Status in the same INUKA Sales Month.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?
My greatest strengths are my self-confidence, listening and planning. I believe that opportunities are out there for everybody, but it depends on each one of us to carry out our dreams. In the process of planning, I had to identify the potential in each team member and drew out a plan of action which helped my team to grow together.
HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?
Being motivated is essential to push through difficult times. In business one should expect challenges. Passion and persistence took me to where I am today and for sure it will take me to where I want to be tomorrow.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO WORK FOR THE INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL INCENTIVES?
INUKA offers tremendous opportunities for everyone to enjoy in life. It is exciting and motivating to dream about traveling overseas, earning incentives, and achieving cash rewards. This drives my team and I to have high levels of determination. I make my team believe that we can be achievers. We plan what we want to achieve and then put in the hard work to make it happen.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP?
We share our experiences, knowledge and challenges. We learn from each other and this makes us a strong and united team.
DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL AND IF SO, WHY IS THIS PERSON YOUR ROLE MODEL?
My husband, Beto, is my role model. I was afraid of failure, but his courage and fearless spirit made me realize that sometimes I will fail, but success will follow if I keep on trying.
