I have learned that customers perceptions of your business can really make or break a business. Deliver quality experiences and products, and they will quickly sing your praises on social media. Mess it up and they will tell the world even faster. Fast growth depends on making your current and potential customers happy with their experience. These are the things I always keep in mind:
• Invest in yourself. Invest in your business. • Focus on your customer experience. Focus on your business. • Always think ahead. • Be adaptable.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?
I have a lot of self-confidence and a positive attitude no matter what I am facing in life. My experience and the difficulties I have faced in my life through many years taught me how to approach any situation in life. I am proud to say that taking the initiative to start my INUKA Business was my greatest strength.
HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?
I get more out of my life by pushing myself. I encourage myself to do something completely unheard of and prove to myself what I am capable of. Remember you won’t know what you can achieve until you try. HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO WORK FOR THE INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL INCENTIVES? I always motivate my team to work hard to achieve great things in life. To make it, you must put in the effort. I always remind my team that: • Recruiting is the engine of the business. Try to recruit as much as you can. • Never wait to have orders before you buy stock. Always have stock so that your customers never have to wait for their products. Invest in your business by buying stock. Do not rest until everything is sold out. • They need to get out of their comfort zone.
Push yourself to the next level, sometimes that is just what you need. So, whether you are trying to hit that big life goal, knowing how to motivate yourself can help.

My role model is Toleka Ludidi. She is an INUKA Triple Diamond Leader. She inspires me tremendously to follow in her footsteps. She always makes time for us in her team. I am now a Diamond Leader because of her motivation and example.
