The past 3 years I have been in the INUKA Business has been amazing. The journey has changed my way of doing things. My focus is the growth of everyone in my team. I have got to a stage where I know who I am without following the masses and what I can and cannot do.
My biggest strength for the past year was to focus on building strong leaders in my team. I do presentations in all the provinces and under my leadership I can witness that their success speaks volumes.
I am blessed with an amazing and very focused team, Team Sdumza. No matter the challenges we face, our motto is to conquer all our challenges. My dedicated team are my greatest strength. I can never imagine my INUKA Business without them. Thank you, team, for pulling and pushing so amazingly hard throughout the most difficult year, 2020.
This business would never be possible without the support I get from my husband and kids. I am blessed with the most supportive partner. Enkosi, Ngoza. Always hold my hand as we have many more years ahead of us building our INUKA Business.
I thank two amazing women, (my Mom, Lulama Malgas and Mother in-law, Thethiwe Maqetuka), who have been fasting and praying for me all this time. Without your prayers I would not have made it to where I am today.
