I am grateful to God for availing the INUKA Business Opportunity to me and for giving me strength, ability, and grace to handle the business successfully. I am Zimbabwe’s 1 st Sapphire and Diamond Leader and being recognised again as the 1st Zimbabwe Double Diamond Leader is a true reflection of God’s faithfulness in my life. I owe all my success to the Holy Spirit who teaches me to prosper. Special thanks go to my family: My ever-supportive husband, my brothers and sisters who are always praying for my business. spiration every team needs is their immediate leader. I have always been a great example to my team, even if it means I am the only one working for targets and attending INUKA Recognition Events. I encourage both new and old Members to work for targets. These were designed to reward you for your hard work and determination.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP?
We use WhatsApp groups to motivate each other. I mostly work with my 1st generation and strongly train them to be leaders to their own team. Regularly with my team leaders we host presentations to meet with our Members and inspire each other for success in our INUKA business.
HOW DID YOU PLAN TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS TO DOUBLE DIAMOND STATUS?
Immediately as I became a Diamond Leader in March 2019, I began to firstly focus on maintaining Diamond Status. When that was happening comfortably, I started growing all team members to next levels since November 2019. Growth comes with a lot of discomfort and I encouraged my team and myself on stepping out.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?
My greatest strength is positive visioning. I believe once I visualise it, once I plan for it, it will surely come into reality. I am not discouraged by the timeframe of the manifestation of that which I visualise because in my inside I hold on to the vision. Despite any challenge I remain positive. Vision then makes me a good guide to my team, so that we all remain focused. I regularly have vision boards for my business, and everyday reminders in my room of where I want to get to hence this keeps me going.
DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL AND IF SO, WHY IS THIS PERSON YOUR ROLE MODEL?
My role model is Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. He has a coat of many colours. I believe in being able to deal with many facets in my personal life and business without any one of them suffering. Pastor Chris and his messages always inspire me for greatness in my business and life. Lastly, I want to encourage someone who is working for Double Diamond Leadership Status and does not reach this level at the time you hoped for to not lose your joy and happiness. Remember why you joined the INUKA Business. Status changes depicts growth. Therefore, rather focus on growing you and your business organisation. Believe you can do it, no matter which level you are at right now. Levels like Double Diamond Status are more than just making money. Ultimately, it’s about changing lives on your journey to success. To our New Members and those still contemplating to join INUKA, I want to say INUKA is a BUSINESS OF HOPE and we all can flourish in this business. Therefore, if you have not joined, get on board today. My final word for my team is a quote by Martian Manhunter “The future is worth it. All the pain. All the tears. The future is worth the fight.”
HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?
We have had our fair share of challenges as a team and even as an individual, in our Double Diamond Journey. Our biggest challenges were our economy in Zimbabwe, delivery of orders and unforeseen backlogs. Managing this, team members and our customers remains a huge task. Challenges are part of the journey and I believe that what makes a great leader is the ability to rightly respond to challenges. I am always inspired by the fact that challenges are here to bring out my strength and limit breaking ability. I also know within me that there is always a brighter way out of any challenge. Business success is a huge function of your inside, focus on the positive and this will manifest on the outside. I spend a lot of time doing reflections and as such solutions come to me from those sessions.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO WORK FOR THE INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL CHALLENGES?
The best way to motivate my team to work for targets is by ME leading by example and achieving targets, then my team can follow in my footsteps. Working for targets help me to grow my business and become an inspiration to my team. The greatest and closest in-
