HOW DID YOU PLAN TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS TO DOUBLE DIAMOND STATUS?
Without God nothing is possible! I always focus on introducing more people to the INUKA Business and showing them the value of starting a business and being an entrepreneur. I love teaching and mentoring individuals on how to grow something small into something big. It gives me great satisfaction to coach people to see their value, strengths, qualities and using their own skills to build a reliable and consistent monthly income.
To my Team Leaders and Team Members: I will continue to invest my time in you, every day. I will continue to build and finish what we started. Together we will build our successful INUKA Businesses.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?
I am a go-getter. I have an above-the-ordinary drive to succeed. I will not rest until I succeed at the challenges I set out for myself. I work because I love working. I am constantly investing in myself.
HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?
I keep myself focused on the end result. I focus on the positive. I do not entertain any negative thoughts and talks. When I feel tired, I take time to rest to make sure to rise up with renewed strength to keep going. Challenges will always arise. Make sure you learn the lesson that each challenge is teaching you.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO WORK FOR THE INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL INCENTIVES?
I keep my team motivated by teaching them to set small step-by-step goals. We have daily goals, weekly goals, and monthly goals which ultimately tie into quarterly and annual goals. I always teach them to look at a challenge and say I CAN DO IT! We never feel defeated by any challenge. No matter how hard it seems, WE DO IT! The moment you doubt yourself, you immediately close all your doors to new opportunities and new ideas.
This is just another reason why I LOVE my INUKA Business. All the incentives and rewards work hand in hand allowing your business model to be solid and successful.
BY THIS STAGE, YOU HAVE A HUGE DOWNLINE. HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP?
I keep connected with all my Members via WhatsApp and WhatsApp groups. One-on-one meetings are also very important to me. I get to know the Member; I get to understand their challenges, and this shows me how I can mentor the Member. I give everybody in my team access to me to be able to communicate and share challenges and achievements.
DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL AND IF SO, WHY IS THIS PERSON YOUR ROLE MODEL?
I am my own role model. I measure myself with myself. I focus on being better than I was yesterday. I am constantly trying to grow and learn. I am completely invested in my growth.
