I changed the way I was doing things. I began strategizing, hosting online presentations regularly and I advertised my INUKA Business using social media.
I realised that knowing is not enough, we must apply what we know and have learned. Being willing is not enough. We must put our willingness into action.
My team played a vital role assisting me to reach Double Diamond status. They worked hard and never gave up while we were in lockdown due to the unforeseen pandemic. They taught me how to use social media to advertise my INUKA Business.

• I’m very proud of where I come from and what I have achieved. This keeps me motivated to keep going. • Daily I remind myself that I am pursuing my life’s journey. This inspires me for the future. • I’m always willing to learn from people, even from my downlines. Knowledge is power. • Working together as a team makes the journey easier. • Staying active on social media. • We never give up. We know the importance of perseverance.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM FOR INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL CHALLENGE?
• I share each member’s achievements with the team in order to motivate them. • I meet with my team weekly to ensure that they understand the challenges INUKA has launched. • I encourage my team to try and better their previous results. BY THIS STAGE, YOU HAVE A LARGE DOWNLINE. HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP? • Presentations are key. • I make sure I speak to them regularly and offer training over the phone. • I also recognize them for all their achievements. • I encourage them to share their ideas with me.

Oprah Winfrey is my role model. She has dedicated her whole life to improving other people's lives. She gives of herself with no expectation of receiving anything back in return.
