HOW DID YOU PLAN TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS TO DIAMOND STATUS?
Team Teachable is a very diverse group of people. Sometimes it is a challenge to manage a huge team of different individuals from almost all the provinces in South Africa. Hardships, achievements, and success stories from fellow team members keep us motivated as a team. Each member brings something unique to the business and we learn from each other in many ways. Having one on one sessions also helps to keep in touch with everyone in the group. DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL AND IF SO, WHY IS THIS PERSON YOUR ROLE MODEL? I look up to young African women who are hardworking and striving for the best in network marketing and entrepreneurship at large. Their success stories keep me going. They have paved the way for hope for me and my growing business. As we continue to strive for success while our economy continues to be inconsistent, poverty being at its highest toll and the rapid increase in unemployment, I wish that young individuals will start to see the CHANGE that network marketing can do in their lives. I am so grateful to have joined a network marketing company like INUKA with a great Compensation Plan. My plan is not to rest until I benefit from all the 6 Ways of achieving in my INUKA Business.
My plan was simple: Introduce hardworking individuals like myself and teach them what I am doing. I have already started working on growing my INUKA Business to Double Diamond Status through recruiting and teaching my new downlines to prioritize recruiting as I believe this is the engine of any network marketing business. I have also started working with all my downlines to help them find their purpose and reason for wanting a successful INUKA Business. The results are showing, and I believe this is the reason why the team could grow to Diamond Status.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?
Being a mother is very close to my heart and I am so grateful that I can run my INUKA Business successfully while taking care of my active daughter. Balancing motherhood and a business has become my greatest strength.

HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?
I became a Diamond Leader in very challenging times in our busi- ness and world at large. It was difficult for me and I still question how I got through these times. I have learned to be patient with myself and endure each life and business challenges coming my way.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO WORK FOR THE INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL CHALLENGES?
I believe that I inspire my team and that I am a great example that the INUKA Quarterly and Annual challenges are doable. They do not have to look elsewhere for inspiration and motivation, as their Upline is living proof that these incentives are achievable. I am super grateful that my team is TEACHABLE! BY THIS STAGE, YOU HAVE A HUGE DOWNLINE. HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP? I am so blessed to have such a very hardworking team, Team Teachable. They have proven in so many ways that I am not doing this on my own. It is easier to work with individuals that have business goals. This helps to keep my team motivated and maintaining our productivity as a team.
