ONCE YOU START, NEVER QUIT!
WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE TO REACHING YOUR DIAMOND LEADERSHIP STATUS?
My biggest challenges were balancing being a mother, wife, working a demanding full-time job, and growing my INUKA Business. It has not been an easy task. I must wake up very early in the mornings and go to sleep very late in the evenings.
Communication with team members as a group was not enough. I also had to communicate with my team members on a one-on-one basis to motivate them and know what is happening in their lives. Another challenge I experienced was with new members that would become inactive after a few months of introducing them to the business. I realized that the battle is real, but I remained determined that I will make it one day. I never stopped working hard. I always work towards our INUKA quarterly incentives and it eventually paid off.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO REACH DIAMOND LEADER STATUS?
Never quit on INUKA or anything in life because quitters never win. Finish whatever you start. Let this become one of your values in life. Always remain focused on your business. Remember WHY you started to keep you determined and motivated. Your WHY should be your drive and reference point when you become weak. This business is a great opportunity, and it can change your life if you allow it to. Life is about learning, and you can learn even from the people you least expect to learn from. Always make time for your team members and build relationships with them individually. Never stop recruiting and keep sharing the business opportunity with others. Change lives as you grow your team. Also, learn from others who have achieved before you and find out what works for you. We all have different journeys, and we all achieve at different times. So, run your own race. Work hard, very hard, and do your best. Do not forget to pray for your business. It is God who gives the growth. Do your best and God will do the rest.
HOW HAS INUKA CHANGED YOUR LIFE?
INUKA changed my life in many ways. I became financially independent. Before I joined INUKA, I would struggle the last week of the month before payday and I failed to make meaningful savings. Thanks to INUKA, I now always have money for fuel, groceries, and extras for my family at any given time. I also have enough to bless others in need.
I love traveling. INUKA has given me an opportunity to travel regionally and internationally. INUKA never disappoints us. We are always spoiled to stay in 5-Star Hotels every quarter when we attend our Sales Quarter celebrations.
My INUKA Business has also taught me to be more patient. I have learned to consider everyone as they play a part in the bigger picture. Things do not always happen as you plan them. This taught me to be patient with myself as well.
I would like to thank Alma Gericke, our INUKA Founder, for this business opportunity with an amazing renumerating system. Thank you, Alma, for touching many lives. I also want to thank my mentor, Mama Rose, she kept on encouraging me when things got tough and I thought of giving up. She continued to push and never gave up on me. I am grateful to God for my hardworking team who never gave up. I would not have achieved it on my own.
Let us continue going higher together. I am blessed with a loving and understanding husband and family. I thank God for such a strong support system that has helped me to stand strong. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU LIKE TO GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO IS JUST STARTING THEIR INUKA BUSINESS? Be an INUKA Brand Ambassador. Use and know the products you sell. Always have stock readily available. People want to see the real products, not the pictures. You grow by selling and by recruiting. So, never neglect these two things for you to enjoy the success of your business. Always be positive. Tell yourself that you can do it. Keep advertising your business and keep sharing the business opportunity.
God will give the growth. You too can achieve greatness.
