INUKA Jubilee InTouch 2020

NEW Diamond Leader Bongeka Mzimasi EASTERN CAPE

HOW DID YOU PLAN TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS TO DIAMOND STATUS?

I always inspire my team to work for monthly challenges such as Club 40, reaching and maintaining new statuses, etc. I always uplift their confidence by sharing new status achievers with our group. Together we celebrate all achievements, and this motivates all to achieve more. BY THIS STAGE, YOU HAVE A HUGE DOWNLINE. HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP? Making time to communicate with my team is one of my main priorities. We do online meetings through our various WhatsApp Groups. I motivate my downlines to create their own WhatsApp Groups for their teams to keep in touch with everyone in the team. I might not be able to do one-on-one follow ups to all my downline generations, but through the assistance of my 1st downline generation we try and assist everyone in our team. My downlines work as Sub-Team leaders and that made a huge difference in terms of growth for everyone in my team. We have dedicated days for presentations, and they are not conducted only by me. We take turns as a team and it really helps in grooming future leaders. We also have days that we share with the team our INUKA business journey, testimonies, and achievements to the group. This motivates everyone to be active and to do more. Everyone wants to tell their success story one day. DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL AND IF SO, WHY IS THIS PERSON YOUR ROLE MODEL?

I joined INUKA on 12 July 2018 and I became a Diamond Leader in May 2020. It took me almost two years to reach Diamond Leadership Status. Working for this status has taught me that teamwork is very important in my business. My planning included: • Introducing more people to my business. • Promoting more Leaders and mentoring them to lead by example. • Going the extra mile for my team and investing more time and money in my business. Without a strong and dedicated team, I would not have made it this far. Dedication to assist my team played a vital role, but I could not have done it without my team’s commitment.

WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?

Growing a team requires one to invest time in the team and to be a committed Leader. I am very committed to my team. I always make time for them every day. I do follow-ups. I engage in their goals to reach the next status level. I give advice and most importantly I listen to my downline’s opinions and comments, and I take their advice.

HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?

Being previously disadvantaged has taught me not to have a role model but to write my own success story.

Being a full-time employee, a mother, wife, and businesswoman leading a downline is challenging. However, I always strive to stay positive and motivated. Fortunately, I have very supportive leaders in my team and together we work through challenging times. I also have a very supportive husband. He is my number one supporter and cheerleader. In challenging times, I draw my strength from him. He also sells INUKA products on my behalf to his friends. Every INUKA month end, he asks me about my monthly goals and is always willing to assist me. He even refers to himself as “uTata uDiamond”, the husband of a Diamond.

My advice is simple: Make your mistakes, learn from them, and fix them to make a difference in your life.

HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO WORK FOR THE INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL INCENTIVES?

“A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step and the way to the top starts from the bottom”.

This is what I tell my team to encourage them on how to approach their INUKA Business.
