INUKA Jubilee InTouch 2020

IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU

HOW DID YOU PLAN ON GROWING YOUR BUSINESS TO DIAMOND STATUS?

one would think and it will go a long way to making you feel better.

BY THIS STAGE, YOU HAVE A LARGE DOWNLINE. HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP? • I have a WhatsApp group chat called MamaInuka. This is where I keep in touch with my downlines. Every morning there will always be something that I post to keep my team motivated. • Due to growth in my team I have encouraged all leadership members from Pearl leadership status to create their own groups with their downlines and take important information from the big group to their small groups that will soon be as big as mine. • I have always encouraged everyone to ask questions in the group as one question can benefit a lot of people. • I run business presentations twice a month in order to groom those who just joined the business & revive old members as well. • I sometimes randomly pick members to do business presentations for us in the group. This helps in terms of motivating one to be also able to present this amazing business opportunity to his or her potential recruits. • To motivate my team more, I normally have challenges to motivate them to grow their business. • We post testimonies of how much change we have experienced after joining INUKA. This is one of the most important things that shows me that I can do much more to bring change in other people’s lives. DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL AND IF SO, WHY IS THIS PERSON YOUR ROLE MODEL?

• The key thing that I have ever done is to stay focused on my business at all times even in difficult situations. I have learned to keep my head high and aim beyond the stars. • Keeping track of my monthly performance is one thing I have taught myself in this incredible business so that I will know when my momentum is dropping. • I have strategies that I use on an ongoing basis on how to generate more sales in order to achieve my goals. These are strategies that I would re-visit once I don’t reach those goals I have set and change them to something different. • It is very important to have a monthly plan of your business as months are different from time to time. Sharing the INUKA Business opportunity with the rest of the world is one of the plans that I use to grow myself and others. • Ihave taught myself to be always there for my team, coach them to success so that they will also be able to do the same with their own teams. It’s all about being teachable in a business that will take you to greater heights in this world we are living in.

WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?

I can mention a couple of my strengths that keep me going and doing my best in this business: • Enthusiasm – I have learned that it is very important to be enthusiastic in your business as it drives you to greater heights every day. Enthusiastic people gain a little bit of success and want to keep getting better. The only way I have learned to be enthusiastic, is to be passionate about whatever I am doing in my business. • Disciplined – Being disciplined in a business is one of the greatest strengths that I as an individual have. If you want to see growth, you must be very disciplined and strict in taking control of your business cash flow. • Determination – I always have a strong feeling that I will to do anything to conquer each obstacle in my space and not allow anyone or anything to stop me from pursuing my dreams. Life begins at the end of one’s comfort zone and greater things start to prosper.

Yes, I definitely do.

My role model is Nodumo Maqetuka. She is one hard-working individual I have seen. She motivates me to do my best and she is always there to guide me through in this business. She is patient, kind, determined and focused. We need people like this in our lives who will motivate us to be the best that we can be. She is someone who listens to you and assists you at all times.

HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?

However, at the end of the day, it starts with you. As you must be a teachable person and easy to work with.

• Staying focused on my business is one thing that pushes me through my most challenging times. • I always cement my relationship with my existing customers by supplying them with the products they need so that I will not lose my business. • I use the situation to rethink my business as this moment will provide me with an opportunity to make hard decisions about what is working and what is not. • When times are tough, ramp up your business and push through the hard times. Coming up with new strategies, finding new clients and recruits might just prove easier than
