HOW DID YOU PLAN ON GROWING YOUR BUSINESS TO DIAMOND STATUS?
This was not by my own strength but the work of my Mighty God and Saviour, for whom I am always grateful. I found the strength and motivation and I made sure to always push with my recruiting and marketing strategies. I believe going the extra mile and staying motivated is key in this business and with the help of my team, Diamond Status was achieved.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH?
I have been in sales from a very young age. I started off selling sweets, then moved on to selling meat at one point. I also had a hair salon. Through all these businesses, I feel my friendliness and my warm smile have always brought me more customers who are loyal and supportive. To this day, I continue to use this strength to help me with recruiting and growing my INUKA business.
HOW DO YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR MOST CHALLENGING TIMES?
“Kuba xa sukuba ndiswele amandla, kuxa ndinamandla (For when I am weak, then I am strong) ”2Cor,12vs10b”. This verse has helped me through the most challenging times and I still stand because of it. Having a support structure in the form of family and friends also helped me pick myself up when days were difficult. I am forever grateful to the people I have around me who always know how to empower me and push me to reach new goals. INUKA has also allowed me to engage with exceptional people who have also walked this road and are always there to lend an ear and share how they traveled this journey and made it to each stage.
HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM TO WORK FOR THE INUKA QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL CHALLENGES?
In the economy we live in, having a J.O.B means Just Over Broke, thus everyone needs that second stream of income to develop themselves and provide for their families. INUKA goes the extra mile by not only helping people earn an additional income or even making this business their primary source of income but they have more rewards in the form of rebates and challenges where people can earn amazing rewards for their efforts and this is always a good motivation factor.
BY THIS STAGE, YOU HAVE A LARGE DOWNLINE. HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOUR GROUP AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH EVERYONE IN THE GROUP?
We manage to stay in touch through WhatsApp groups where we share inspirational words and opportunities. We hold group meetings and sometimes go as a group to sell in certain areas. We assist and support each other whenever someone has a recruiting or sales presentation. More than anything I always make sure I make myself available to my team and they know I am always there to assist wherever needed. I always encourage them to remain focused and to always push and never give up. Additionally, I always share important information with them and inspire them to use their INUKA Business Guide.
DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL AND IF SO, WHY IS THIS PERSON YOUR ROLE MODEL?
I am surrounded by exceptional minds and prayer warriors. It would be difficult to choose just one as they have all inspired me. They are hardworking, motivating, empowering, selfless, independent, strong women who have made a great impact in my life. Thus I can say, I do not have one, but many role models and the greatest quality is that they are all phenomenal.
