Personal Hygiene and Name Tags for all departments

Body Hygiene: ❖ All employees need to take good care of their personal hygiene ❖ Hair must be freshly washed at all times ❖ Deodorant must be used and refreshed when necessary ❖ Personal fragrances may be used to a moderate and non- overpowering level Nametags: (Apart from level 1) ❖ While on duty, nametags have to be worn on the left side of your body at all times ❖ Nametags must be in good repair and legible. Worn or damaged nametags and pins will be replaced through Human Resources

Jackets : must be worn at all times.

Jackets : Optional.

Shoes : Coloured and patterned shoes. Kitten heels are appropriate - maximum heel height is 3 inches. Peep toes allowed as long as toe nails are manicured. Tights : Black or skin coloured tights to compliment your skin tone to be worn at all times. No fishnet or patterned tights/stockings are allowed. No denier of more than 25.

Shoes : Flats can be worn.

Tights : permitted not to wear tights offstage but if going front of house- must wear tights.

Sleeveless tops : No sleeveless dresses or tops allowed, a jacket must accompany.

Sleeveless tops : Sleeveless dresses and tops permitted- no thin straps.

Male

Jackets : must be worn at all times.

Jackets : Optional.

Female Business Attire- Non-uniform

❖ Coloured and patterned suits, skirts, dresses, blouses, tops

❖ Skirts and dresses cannot be shorter than 2 inches above the knee

❖ All dresses and tops must have capped sleeve covering shoulders and upper arm when on

stage

❖ Trousers- ¾ length are acceptable, no shorter

Patterned scarves allowed

❖ Vests and jackets without buttons acceptable

No Turtlenecks

Thicker string vests/tops are allowed

❖ No string vests/spaghetti straps/tube tops

Makeup

❖ Natural and professional make-up to be worn. No dark Gothic makeup i.e. example ‘C’ ❖ Lashes to be a professional, reasonable length ❖ Bright lipstick allowed (pinks, red, etc…) ❖ The lipstick must be contoured properly and look fresh at all times ❖ Colours must fit each individual’s complexion, glosses and lipsticks must provide a fully covered look ❖ C oloured rimmed eye glasses absolutely fine ❖ Mascara, eyeliner and blusher should be worn to compliment and match the attire and overall makeup

Nails ❖ Hands and nails must be clean at all times ❖ One toned coloured nail polish allowed. No dark black, blue, brown etc.… No pastel, neon, glitter, decorations ❖ Nail jewellery is not allowed ❖ No excessive length or point on nail permitted. ❖ Nails must be immaculately maintained. If nail polish is chipped, must polish off immediately ❖ Exceptions: Food preparation must only have clean bare, natural nails

Hair

Fringes allowed as long as eyes are visible

❖ Hair can up in ponytail or bun or braid (no excessive or coloured pins, bows or clips) ❖ Hair can be down (straight or curly) as long as it is tidy, neat and washed regularly- no greasy heads please ( your manager may address if they feel you are not in line with standards) ❖ Hair colouring and highlights, low lights & baylage allowed as long as is it natural looking, no blue, green, bright pink hair etc..

❖ I n food service, hair must be worn up as shown in photos below. If in question please ask your manager to clarify.

❖ Coloured shoes (Dark brown, tan and black) and coloured shoe laces acceptable. ❖ Coloured or patterned socks that match the business attire can be worn. ❖ No bright coloured shoes; no coloured shoe laces; shoe colours should coordinate with attire. ❖ Shoulder length hair is allowed as long as it is groomed, or in bun if longer, washed and cleaned. ❖ Not greasy and must be natural colour ❖ Hair colouring and highlights allowed as long as they are a natural shade ❖ Minimal product in hair required Hair

❖ Facial hair allowed as long as it is groomed

❖ If in food service, hair must be tied up. Extreme hair colouring and hairstyles are not acceptable.

Piercings ❖ Maximum of 2 piercings visible

❖ One bracelet and a maximum of 2 rings per hand. Can be gold, silver or leather

Tongue – as long as it doesn’t impede speech and is not visible

❖ Any religious wear must be covered completely

❖ A business style watch may be worn on shift

Maximum of 2 piercing in each ear

Small eyebrow stud

❖ Earrings can be hoops or drop earnings, no longer and no wider

than two pound coin from tip of earlobe ❖ Necklaces must be tasteful and no more than 3 fine tiers or one
