GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Degrees are awarded to quali­ fi ed cand idates at the university ' s winter and sp rin g com mence­ ment~. Students are req uired to be present fo r grad uat ion unless advance permission to graduate in absentia ha s been secured. To qualify for grad uation, candidates must have completed all required coursework (26 units) with a mini­ mum grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 and satisfactorily passed their comprehensive examinations. No grade less than a C (2 .0) will be cred ited toward the Th.M. degree uni ts. Students who repeat courses for the purpose of raising their GPA must adhere to the Uni­ versity' s general policy for grades, as spelled out in the graduate pro­ gram catalog. Ca ndidates for the Th.M. degree should also manifest promise of use fulness in Christian mini st ry, exhibit exemplary and consistent Christ ian character and ev idence sound theological beliefs in accordance with the university' s doctri na l statement.
