losses.· Planning time down via Limbus AI auto- contouring + weekend QA; patient flow leveled across the week.· Quality = Service preserved through admin reinforcement and consistent IMRT/VMAT + IGRT. Conclusion: · Wartime optimization proved that efficiency & quality can co-exist under resource constraints.· Continuous operation, AI tools, and a 7-day workflow enabled service resilience.· The model is applicable to crisis- adapted RT centers worldwide. Working as a professional care professional with patients facing cancer has many rewards, but can also be challenging and stressful. This study aimed to evaluate the ProQOL and its associated factors among healthcare professionals in a Tunisian radiation oncology department. Material/Methods: Digital Poster 1757 A cross-sectional, observational, and descriptive study was conducted among a convenience sample of 34 healthcare professionals from our radiation oncology department. The assessment tools were a sociodemographic questionnaire, and the Professional Quality of Life Scale for Health Workers (ProQOL- HEALTH) encompassing its five components. Chi square test and Pearson’s r correlation were used for

Ukrainian Сenter of Tomotherapy: sustaining radiotherapy access and quality during wartime Viktoriia Hrechaniuk Department of Radiation Oncology, Ukrainian Center of Tomotherapy, Kropyvnytskyi, Ukraine Purpose/Objective: Частный центр радиотерапии открыт в 2015 году; первая онкологическая клиника в Украине, которая сотрудничает с Национальной службой здоровья Украины (НСЗУ) (май 2020 года). Material/Methods: Adopted a 7-day schedule, including holidays (allowed under martial law). Shifted workload from busy days (Thu/Fri) to balance patient flow. Began complex cases and QA checks on weekends to ease weekday load. Grouped patients by setup to cut positioning time. Applied Limbus AI for auto- contouring of targets/OARs → faster planning and approvals. Maintained staffing (RO 6 | MP 4 | RTT 8) with higher efficiency through automation and AI support (Limbus AI). Results: · Expanded hypo-/ultra-hypofractionation and SBRT adoption (2021 → 2025: 56 → 506 pts; 9 mo 2025).· Daily IGRT; IMRT/VMAT maintained (no fallback to 3D-CRT).· LOS reduced 29 → 17 days, aided by 7-day ops and AI-accelerated planning (Limbus AI)· Stable or rising volumes despite temporary single-LINAC operation.· 3.6 × annual volume growth (≈500 → ≈1,800) with unchanged clinical FTEs.· Improved efficiency: AI-assisted planning (Limbus), weekend QA, 7-day flow.· Maintained quality = service through administrative scaling and IMRT consistency.· Regional referral hub for southern Ukraine after infrastructure
analysis. Results:
The majority of participants were female (94%), with a median age of 33 years [25–50]. The professional distribution was as follows: 38% radiation therapists, 27% radiation oncologists, 15% nurses, 9% medical physicists, and 11% others. The mean scores for the domains of Compassion Satisfaction (CS), Perceived Support (PS), Burnout (BO), Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), and Moral Distress (MD) were 23.5 ± 4.4, 19.4 ± 4.0, 18.3 ± 5.2, 19.2 ± 4.4, and 14.6 ± 3.8, respectively, indicating moderate levels across the
