life was evaluated using a single-item scale from 1 (very poor) to 10 (excellent). Quantitative variables were analyzed with the Shapiro–Wilk test; associations were evaluated with Spearman’s correlation and group comparisons with the Kruskal–Wallis test. Results: Among the 21 patients analyzed, mean age was 68.1 ± 5.4 years; all of them had at least one geriatric syndrome. Frailty was the most prevalent syndrome (81.0%), followed by urinary or fecal incontinence (47.6%), sarcopenia and constipation (38.1% each), cognitive impairment (33.3%), depression (28.6%), and polypharmacy (19.0%). Multiple syndromes frequently co-occurred. A weak negative correlation was observed between the number of geriatric syndromes and quality of life, without statistical significance ( ρ = − 0.300; p = 0.186). No significant differences were found in syndrome burden across treatment modalities (p = 0.724). Functional status measures (ECOG, Katz, Lawton–Brody) showed no significant correlations.

Screening tools such as G8 and VES-13 help identify patients who may benefit from a comprehensive geriatric assessment, yet evidence regarding the burden of geriatric syndromes within specific cancer types is limited. Cervical cancer shows a second incidence peak after age 70, accompanied by increased mortality. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of geriatric syndromes in older women with cervical cancer and explore their association with self-reported quality of life. Material/Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in women aged ≥ 60 years attending their first oncology or radiation oncology consultation in 2024. Fifty-seven patients were contacted; 21 completed the full geriatric assessment, 15 had died at follow-up, and 21 declined or did not respond. Assessments included Katz Index, Lawton–Brody scale, FRAIL scale, SARC-F, Geriatric Depression Scale, modified Downton scale, Pfeiffer SPMSQ, and MNA-SF. Insomnia, constipation, urinary incontinence, and polypharmacy were recorded. Quality of
