The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area decreased to 1,466 in July, 4% below last month but 16% higher than last year. At 383, townhome sales were up 17% vs June and 11% above last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 26%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in July was $520,700, 0.9% below last month and 7% lower vs last year. The average sold price was 0.6% lower between June and July, at $572,268, while the average PSF sales price was 0.5% higher (at $368).
