The number of condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 1,559 in July, 7% below last month but up 16% vs last year. At 344, condo sales were 5% higher in July than in June and 2% above July 2018. Increasing to 22%, the board area’s condo sales-to- listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in July was $409,700, virtually unchanged from June and 9% lower than in July 2018. The average sold price was $393,135 (0.8% above June), while the average PSF sales price was $438 (1.6% above June).
