At 285, the number of townhome listings in Langley were virtually unchanged from June and 17% above July 2018. Townhome sales, at 95, were up by 28% vs June and 34% above last July. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 33% in July, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in July was $494,200, 0.9% below last month and 6% below last year. The average sold price was $556,302, while the average PSF sales price was $374 (down 3% and virtually unchanged, respectively, from last month).
