July’s condo sales, at 56, were down by 5% from last month and 16% below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 18% in July, as Langley’s condo segment remained in balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price in July was $410,200, 1.6% below June and an 8% decrease from July 2018. The average sold price was $461,047 (up 11% vs June) with an average PSF sales price of $461 (4% above June).
