The number of condo listings in North Vancouver dipped to 399 in July, 10% lower month-over-month but 58% above July 2018. Condo sales increased to 96, an increase of 10% month-over-month and up 28% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 24%, as the condo market for North Vancouver transitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $554,600, was virtually unchanged vs last month and 9% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $665,826 was up 1.4% vs June, while at $749 the average PSF sales price decreased by 4% month-over-month.
