The number of townhome listings in Richmond rose to 469 in July, 2% below the previous month but a 48% increase vs July 2018. The 65 townhome sales in July were 5 above June and 9 higher than last year. The townhome sales-to-listings ratio increased to 14%, as Richmond’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price for townhomes in July was $770,900, 1.1% below June and 11% lower than in July 2018. The average sold price was $774,128 (4% above June) with an average PSF sales price of $530 (0.7% below June).
