At 260, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 11% lower in July than in June but 21% above July 2018. Townhome sales, at 48, were up by 45% vs June and were 23% above last July. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 18% in July as Vancouver West’s townhome market became balanced. The benchmark price in July was $1.11M, 1.0% below last month and 9% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.24M, while the average PSF sales price was $897 (up 6% and 1.7%, respectively, from last month).
