Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,528 in July 2019, 11% below June but 17% higher than in July 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were up by 20% in July (to 353), with month-over-month sales increasing by 39%. Increasing to 23%, the sales-to-listings ratio transi- tioned to seller’s market territory. July’s condo benchmark price of $752,300 was 1.1% higher month-over-month but was 10% below July 2018. The average sold price was $877,025 at an average PSF sales price of $1,003 (up 1.1% and 2%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
