A $5000 donation to the Clarence-Rockland Fire Department will help firefighters keep up to date in the performance of their duties. It was announced December 5 in Clarence-Rockland. Through the Project Assist program, Enbridge Gas Inc. distributes grants to 20 Ontario fire departments. The funds are used to purchase educational material for firefighters, training books and electronic programs.
