FLANGIA TORNITA Tutte le ruote LEAD.CO in acciaio per trasporto pesante hanno le Flange Tornite : superfici di appoggio (flange) della ruota, cioè le aree dove si accoppia con il mozzo o con i dadi, lavorate al tornio per ottenere una superficie perfettamente liscia, piana e uniforme . Ciò permette diversi vantaggi, tra cui: miglior centratura della ruota con riduzione delle vibrazioni durante la marcia, distribuzione uniforme delle forze e del carico su ruota, mozzo e bulloneria, minor rischio di allentamento dei dadi, miglior accoppiamento con freni e mozzi, standard di qualità più elevati e minor usura o corrosione da sfregamento.
