MASSIMA QUALITÀ Detenendo i certificati del sistema di gestione della qualità ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016 e del sistema di gestione ambientale ISO 14001:2015 , JMS mantiene e migliora l’efficacia del proprio sistema attraverso ispezioni annuali condotte da TÜV Nord . Oltre a tutti i controlli di misura effettuati, all’interno dell’ente di controllo qualità è disponibile anche il laboratorio di prove di fatica in cui viene testata la durata del prodotto. I parametri di processo, così come i controlli sui prodotti, sono tenuti costantemente sotto controllo. Servizi di prova come la misurazione triassiale, le particelle magnetiche, il test dinamico radiale, il test del sale (dye-life test) possono essere ricevuti esternamente quando necessario. Il sistema di gestione della qualità di JMS comprende strumenti quali PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, 8D . HIGHEST QUALITY Holding ISO 9001 quality management system, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certificates, JMS maintains and improves the effectiveness of its system through annual inspections conducted by TÜV Nord . In addition to all the measurement checks performed, the fatigue test laboratory where product durability is tested is also available within the quality control facility. Process parameters, as well as product controls, are kept under constant scrutiny. Test services such as triaxial measurement, magnetic particle, radial dynamic test, and salt test (dye-life test) can be received externally when necessary.
