want to leave: Eames lounge chairs, velvet couches adorned with floral pillows of the House of Hackney, brass table lamps and vintage RCA speakers by Ojas. “It has a poetic presence, and we wanted to hon- our that,” said Christine Gachot, speaking to Vogue. The food is no less impressive: former Lobster Club head chef Car- los Barrera has compiled a menu orientated towards inventive sea- food fusions.
