Required Application Information: See Site Master Plan Checklist. E. Determination of Compliance: Once an application is deemed complete by the Administrator, the Administrator and Technical Review Committee shall review the application and approve, deny, or approve with conditions the Site Plan based on compliance with the standards contained in this ordinance. All decisions shall be in writing and delivered via electronic mail, personal delivery, or first class mail to the property owner and party seeking determination, if different from the owner. Following an approval or approval with conditions, the applicant shall be directed to proceed to the preparation of a Site Construction Plan (15.8.2). If the Administrator disapproves or approves conditionally the plan, the reasons for such action shall be stated in writing by the Administrator, and the applicant may make changes and submit a revised plan for consideration in accordance with the procedures set forth in this section. F. Public Notification: None required. G. Appeals: Appeals of the decisions of the Administrator or TRC shall be heard by the Board of Adjustment in accordance with Section 15.12 within 30 days after receipt of written notice of decision. H.
