Providing Expertise and Innovation in Water Management Solutions KWC is an international manufacturer of premium taps and comprehensive sanitary solutions for domestic consumers, public institutions, and the medical sector. Headquartered in Unterkulm, Switzerland, KWC employs more than 1,000 staff worldwide and has six production sites in Europe and Asia. A digital program was established at the end of 2021 to build the technology foundation for the new KWC Group AG, formed from the carve-out of its legal entities, including KWC and Franke Water Systems. The key requirements included a greenfield approach, with solutions supported by industry best practices and no modifications. The program also necessitated cloud-based applications that could be smoothly integrated with each other.
