(CRRC Zhuzhou) is a leader in railway traction motors and transformers as well as industrial electric motors. The company is also one of China’s largest manufacturers of wind power generators and operates five manufacturing plants across China. As a 10 billion renminbi enterprise on a strong growth trajectory, CRRC Zhuzhou needed to create efficiencies in its production processes and optimize production cycle times to maximize on- time deliveries.
