With more than 60 years of history, this respected company produces highly customizable room doors and frames. Sales are conducted through a dealer network. Now, Mosel Türen has digitally transformed this B2B2C sales process and created an online store. There, customers receive information, dealers configure the perfect door for their needs, and then both can submit their order directly. This offers the advantage of faster order entry and shorter delivery times, better advice and service, fewer questions, and full transparency and integration into the ERP system. This results in satisfied dealers and happy customers.
