Fusion Tech Meat Shredders produce a hand-pulled shredded look without grinding or cutting the product. Whether shredding chicken, pork, beef, or other exotic meats, our Meat Shredders provide consistent shreds — giving you quickly shredded meat in a fraction of the time.
Each Meat Shredder was designed for high-capacity shredding of cooked meat — shredding your product as fast as you can load it.
Constructed of high-grade stainless steel components, our Meat Shredders require little to no maintenance and a tool-less removal of guards for high pressure washing. You can typically expect to receive a return-on- investment of six months.

The design is simple — drop cooked meat into the top and within seconds you’ll have shredded/pulled meat in the bottom tray.

SINGLE ROLLER CONVEYOR
The Fusion Tech Single Roller Conveyor was designed to provide adjust- able flattening and separation of meat before entering a shredder to provide a hand-pulled look.
The unique design of this roller conveyor allows for the roller height to be adjusted from either side of the conveyor.
The roller is filled with dye to alert operators and maintenance should the roller ever crack — preventing bacteria from getting into the roller and causing a food safety issue.
The Single Roller Conveyor is the ultimate solution to flattening and sepa- rating the muscle fibers of your meat product.

The Fusion Tech Double Roller Conveyor was designed to provide ad- justable flattening and separation of meat before entering a shredder to provide a hand-pulled look. SH-5 SHREDDER CONVEYOR CHUTE
The SH-5 Shredder Chute is an add-on accessory used by processors when feeding the shredder with the SH-5 Infeed Conveyor. The chute helps direct product into the shredder infeed. It also prevents product from flying out of the machine in the absence of the safety paddle. The chute takes the place of the safety infeed paddle and attaches with the pre-existing paddle knobs. Chute can be modified to fit around an existing conveyor. For safety reasons, this option is only available for use with an infeed conveyor.
