Formirao ga je elitni trener Nejtan Helberg, a fokus je na pokretima uz korišćenje svoje telesne težine, poboljšanju snage i mobilnosti potrebnih za optimalne performanse. To je osnovna funkcional- na kondicija koju svi poznajemo i volimo, ali često zanemarujemo, s pokretima poput žabljih čučnjeva, gorile i puzajućeg medveda. Alternativni proteini Alternativni proteini predstavljaju hranu koja se konzumira kao zamena za meso i plodove mora. Po- trošači se za ovaj izbor odlučuju iz zdravstvenih i eko- loških razloga. Alternativa mesu bogata je hranljivim materijama, a alternativni izvori proteina obuhvata- ju i alge i modifikovane mahunarke i razne zamene – meso iz laboratorije, ono na biljnoj bazi, jestive in- sekte, proteine iz kvasca.
