Nominations – What you need to know
▪
Entered at a contract level
▪ Some customers may have more than one nom at a meter (multiple contracts)
▪ Receipt, Delivery and Storage nominations are entered in Nomination Submission screen
▪ Trades (TEP Transfers) and Storage Transfers are done in different screens.
▪ End date is the end of the current day.
▪ All business parties under an agent are done in the same screen.
▪ Nominations are entered for current month only.
▪ Nominations for the next month cannot be entered until our fuel rate for next month is in place (20 th of the month).
▪ Storage nominations require an additional associated contract and nomination
▪ Many Islands nominations are entered as a separate TSP (Transport Service Provider)
▪ Two users cannot update nominations in the same time period at the same time.
Before Entering your Nominations
• TransGas has developed a report for customers to run prior to entering their nominations.
• The report “Location Summary by Meter” will list all firm contracts held by customer.
• Note that the report will not list meters that are nominated on an R19.0 contract.

Agent Nominations ▪
All nominations for business parties under an agent are on the same grid.
▪ All the business party names, numbers and mnemonics that display are the agent’s data.
▪ An agent will need to use the unique contract numbers to identify each client’s nom.
▪ For Delivery Service the meter name can also be an indicator
