The corporate strategy: FOCUSED[+]
Against the backdrop of a still challenging market environment that is influenced by global uncertainty and a weak economy, the Zumtobel Group continued to consistently implement its FOCUSED[+] strategy and introduced further refinements in key areas. This strategy addresses current economic and geopolitical conditions while further consolidating our activities around smart, sustainable building infrastructure. The objective is to build on our strong founda- tion, expand our competitive position over the long term and position the company securely for the future in light of the in- creasing digitalisation of buildings and the rapidly expanding sustainability demands from legislators and customers. Central strategic elements were further developed in 2025/26: We strengthened our focus on attractive markets, improved our operating excellence, drove innovation and intensified the cooperation of the three strong brands under a single umbrella. These efforts represent the essential building blocks of the foundation to respond flexibly to market changes, effectively utilise opportunities and become more resilient.
