“When I first came in I was having a lot of pain in my knee doing everyday activities, like walking long distances, going up and down stairs, and sitting for too long. After working on the strengthening exercises I was taught here I feel I am able to have more flexibility and now I know how to continue to improve with exercises I’ve been given to work on at home. All of the staff here are very welcoming and knowledgeable in the area of physical therapy. I thank all of you.” - Maura G. The Critic Corner MOVIE REVIEW ON BLACK PANTHER

Black Panther is one of the best steps forward for the Marvel Universe Movies in many ways: In story, characters, cinematography, its combination of score and music. Basically its whole package. It is oneof thestrongestandmost inspiringfilms in the entire franchise. Given its pedigree, this should come as no surprise. To start, the material was the first mainstream comic book hero of African descent, something that has been an inspiration to many children over the years. Black Panther creating something with deep ideals, yet never forgetting it’s also a comic book film. While the other films in the franchise have given us heroes, Black Panther gives us characters everyone can look up to, no

matter your age, sex, or race. T’Challa may be the focus being the title character, and yes he’s astrong leader andan even stronger hero with strong moral fiber, as a superhero should be, yet he’s not solely what makes the film work. There are older leaders to learn from, strong female characters to look up to and worldly viewpoints to aspire to. I think Black Panther is a must see change of pace for the superhero genre and you should pounce on it as soon as possible!
