Tony Maldonado, COTA With the addition of Tony Maldonado, COTA to our team in 2015, the Advantage team is able to help more people in pain each day! As an occupational therapist assistant, Tony aids Chuck is treating patients and having hands-on involvement in their care. Tony just celebrated his one-year anniversary at Advantage Therapy and is excited to continue to learn from Chuck and help others manage their pain. We’ll let Tony tell you about himself... While I’m from Camdenton, MO I currently live in Springfield with my fiancee Lindsay, and our small zoo. We share our home with two dogs (Leo and Ladybug), two crazy parakeets (Xatu and Arti), and one very needy cockatiel named Ira. In September, a patient let me know about a Quaker Parrot needing a new home, and we welcomed Oats to our nest. When we aren’t tending to the birds, Lindsay and I are avid Chicago Blackhawks fans and love to watch hockey. I enjoy playing guitar and acting in plays/musicals. This past summer, I had the opportunity to play Cogsworth (the talking clock) in Marshfield Community Theatre’s production of Beauty and the Beast.
