The Fusion Tech KT-ALP Meat Press is a medium sized machine de- signed to thin and tenderize meat and poultry without loss of weight or purge for small to medium sized meat processors, restaurants, and convention centers.
The design is simple — place meat on the tray and push into the machine. When you pull the tray out, meat is thinned and tenderized.
The process ensures meat retains flatness indefinitely while provid- ing uniform thickness for even cooking and greater plate coverage.
