Each semester we have 3-6 Sales Competitions providing students with the opportunity to apply their professional selling skills in a competitive role-play scenarios. Industry professionals serve as judges and coaches, offering valuable real-world feedback while identifying and connecting with top student talent.

The National Collegiate Sales Competition T he N a t i on al C o llegia t e S ale s C omp e t i t i on
A tournament-style role-play competition featuring 144 top undergraduate sales students representing 72 universities. The event also includes an elevator speech competition and a sales career fair attended by the competitors and additional sales students brought by participating universities judges and coaches, offering valuable real-world feedback while identifying and connecting with top student talent.

For employers, the Sales Career Fair is a one-stop place to meet qualified students from a range of business disciplines, discuss career opportunities, and identify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. The event supports meaningful connections between students and industry while promoting career readiness and professional development.

The Sales Education Golf Tournament brings together corporate partners, alumni, and students for a day of friendly competition and meaningful networking. Proceeds support the National Collegiate Sales Competition (NCSC), helping students gain valuable real-world experience and compete at the highest level of collegiate sales.

Recruiting Access
150+ resumes sent to partners within the first month of the Fall and Spring semesters. Complimentary tabling at the CPS Sales Career Fair ($500+ value). Opportunity to participate and sponsor in our annual Golf Tournament. Connecting motivated sales students with partners at the beginning of the academic year. Student competitors research, learn, and sell featured product throughout the competition.
